Payment and Insurance Information

Things you need to know:

Any portion of your bill to include, non-covered services, co-pay, and any remainder sent to deductible is your responsibility and payment is expected the date services are rendered. We will bill your insurance for you if we are in-network with your insurance provider or you have out of network benefits and your insurance covers the procedures we are using to treat your child. Occupational therapy, Speech and Language therapy, and Physical therapy are the only services billable to insurance. Behavioral therapy, music therapy, social skill Nutritional Therapy and Asperger's Clinic are a few of the services not covered by insurance and you are expected to pay in full the date of service. You should call your insurance provider yourself to see if we are in-network with your provider and if your policy will cover the services you are seeking.
